UoD UCU Approved Model Rules were adopted on 4 June 2015 and amended on the 18 May 2016. The adoption of these rules is now a mandatory requirement after a resolution at UCU Congress 2016. The only change required to our rules was to add and ‘Anti-Casualisation Officer’ to the list of Branch Officers and to make sure the document is consistent and clear throughout. These rules were sent to the UCU Regional Office and to Head Office. Several minor points of clarifications were made at the suggestion of Head Office and noted by the Branch Committee on 4 December 2017.
